Terms of Service

These are the terms for using FoundByAI's services. We've tried to write them the way we'd actually explain things, not the way a 40-page contract would.
What we offer
- The Clean-Up (£99, one-off) — a full AI visibility audit, a properly fixed Google Business Profile, a competitor gap report, review templates, and a maintenance plan, delivered within 7 days of you giving us the access we need.
- Fully Managed (£199/month) — everything in the Clean-Up plus ongoing weekly posts and photos, review replies within 48 hours, a review-generation system, a monthly AI-visibility check with fixes, directory consistency work, and a one-page monthly report.
No contracts, no lock-in
Fully Managed is billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the current billing period — no notice period, no retention calls, no exit fees.
Refunds
If our initial audit for The Clean-Up finds nothing genuinely worth fixing, we'll refund the £99 in full. Once the clean-up work itself has been delivered, it's non-refundable, since the work has been completed.
How access works
We never ask for your Google password. You add us as a "manager" on your Google Business Profile using Google's own built-in feature, which you can revoke at any time from your Google account — independently of anything we do.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in GBP. By purchasing, you authorise Stripe to charge the card provided — for Fully Managed, that includes the recurring monthly charge until you cancel.
What we don't promise
We're upfront that we can't guarantee specific rankings, a specific number of extra customers, or that any AI system will name your business by a given date. What we do guarantee is the actual work described above, done properly, on the timeline stated. Google and AI search results are outside any provider's direct control — anyone promising guaranteed rankings isn't being straight with you, and neither would we be.
Liability
FoundByAI's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
